Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries, based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration; if you don't want to renew, you can cancel.

Managing your subscription. You can manage your subscription at any time from your account — including pausing, skipping a delivery, changing frequency, or cancelling — here or by contacting us at maria@rawmatter.eu. Your order confirmation emails also contain links to manage your order.

Cancelling. You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date, with no cancellation fee. Cancellation stops all future orders; it does not automatically refund an order that has already been processed.

Billing. Subscription orders are billed automatically on each renewal date at the price shown at checkout, including any applicable subscription discount, until you cancel. If a payment fails, we retry up to 3 times before pausing the subscription.

Refunds and guarantee. Your statutory rights are unaffected. In addition, our voluntary 60-day money-back guarantee applies to your purchases — if you're not satisfied, contact us within 60 days of purchase for a refund, even if the product is opened.
